There are only 3 Family Apartments and 2 Studios in Yiannis un-overlooked private development in this quiet corner of Corfu. All have cooking facilities, plus large shower rooms, with washbasin, WC and hand-shower.

All have individual electric hot water systems and a refrigerator.
The two 1st floor Family Apartments have air-conditioning.

Combined good sized Living Area with Kitchen Space. Pine Dining table and chairs. (One Family Apartment has Lounge furniture.)
The Kitchen Space has a cooker, fridge, and worktops with cupboards and drawers under. Stainless steel sink with cold supply.
Two Bedrooms each with 2 beds and own Balcony.
Good sized tiled Shower room with washbasin, hand-shower and WC.
Outside Patio or Balcony( the 1st ones have several balconies overlooking gardens).

N.B.These apartments and studios are slightly more spacious than the usual holiday self catering units. They are owned and managed by a local family not a large organisation. Yiannis and his wife Eleni are rightly proud of the accommodation they provide.
