There are 2 Studios in this un-overlooked private development. Both have simple hot-plate cooking facilities, plus shower rooms, with washbasin, WC and hand-shower.

All have individual electric hot water systems and a refrigerator.

The Studios are on the ground floor and have separate outside entrance doors at the rear.

Good sized Living / sleeping area with 2 single beds, including Kitchen area with 2-burner stove, fridge, sink unit and cupboards.

Good-sized Shower room with shower and WC.
