The little known resort
of Agios Georgios North is approximately 30 km from Corfu town and the
airport. It is famous for its lovely bay and wide sandy beach .
Rather
difficult for coaches to reach due to the narrow approach roads, it does not
suffer from the problems of heavy through-traffic or hordes of day visitors
like so many well known Corfu resorts.

There are plenty of Tavernas
and Restaurants to choose from but this quiet resort does not suit lovers of
lively clubs.

The house is just under 2 kms
from the centre of the resort and beach.
At the sides
are undeveloped land and at the rear is a hillside of olive groves.
| The House is
situated on a surfaced public road which leads along the bottom of a gentle
valley of small fields with the valley sides covered in olive
groves. |

The house is protected from the
road by a high brick wall and high gates. The large gardens and orchards add to
the privacy and seclusion and make it ideal for children.
